How we work
together.
At WildKind Collective, we work with the whole picture: your ambitions, your energy, your work, and your life. Because coaching touches real life and real decisions, clear boundaries protect both of us and ensure you get the right support at the right time.
Here's what working with WildKind covers, how our professional standards apply, and where the boundaries sit.
Professional credentials & standards
- I'm a UKIHCA-Registered Health & Wellness Coach, trained through the Health Coaches Academy, and hold full professional indemnity insurance.
- I work within the UK International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA) Scope of Practice and Code of Conduct.
- In life and business coaching, I bring over a decade of commercial experience combined with evidence-informed coaching frameworks to help you lead, decide and build sustainably.
Health & wellbeing coaching
What I do
- Partner with you as a facilitator and accountability partner to explore goals around energy, movement, sleep, stress management, sustainable habits and work-life cadence.
- Help you identify your own values, motivations and practical solutions rather than prescribe a one-size-fits-all plan.
- Share evidence-informed public health guidance, lifestyle research and tools to help you make informed decisions about your daily wellbeing.
- Support you in building self-efficacy, sustainable routines and resilience under pressure.
What I don't do
- No medical diagnosis or treatment. I don't diagnose illnesses, prescribe or adjust medication, interpret clinical lab tests, or treat medical conditions.
- No medical nutrition or prescriptive diets. I don't prescribe clinical meal plans or recommend high-risk supplement protocols.
- Not a replacement for clinical care. Coaching is never a substitute for medical advice from your GP, consultant or registered healthcare professional.
Life & business coaching
What I do
- Act as a strategic sounding board, thinking partner and coach for your career, business direction, priorities and personal projects.
- Help you clarify your vision, navigate transitions, work through self-doubt, set boundaries and design a working rhythm that doesn't burn you out.
- Challenge your thinking, hold space for complex decisions, and support accountability as you take action.
What I don't do
- No formal financial, legal or tax advice. We can discuss business strategy and work dynamics, but I don't provide regulated legal, accountancy, investment or financial advice. Commercial decisions, contracts and financial risks remain your own.
- No directive consulting. I support your clarity and decision-making, but you remain the expert and final authority in your life and business.
Coaching, therapy & mental healthcare
Coaching is forward-looking, proactive and collaborative — designed for people with the capacity to reflect, plan and take action towards meaningful goals.
- Coaching isn't therapy, counselling or psychotherapy. It isn't designed to treat acute clinical depression, unmanaged anxiety disorders, active addiction or unprocessed trauma.
- Pausing and signposting. If it becomes clear during our work together that you need clinical mental health support or medical intervention, I have an ethical duty to pause our sessions and point you to your GP, a qualified psychotherapist or an appropriate healthcare service. Coaching can resume when it's safe and supportive to do so.
Outdoor & community gatherings
WildKind Collective hosts regular community gatherings, including coastal walks (Wild Stomps), sea dips (Wild Swims) and in-person Co-work sessions.
- Personal responsibility. All community events and outdoor activities are attended at your own risk.
- Health and safety. You're responsible for assessing your own fitness, cold-water tolerance, medical suitability and personal safety before taking part.
- Sea swimming and weather awareness. Cold water dipping and coastal terrain carry inherent natural risks. You're responsible for listening to your body, wearing suitable clothing and bringing the safety equipment or warm layers you need. WildKind doesn't provide lifeguarding or clinical first aid services.
What we each bring
For coaching to be effective and safe, our partnership relies on open communication:
- You agree to share honest, accurate information about your health, medical history and wellbeing as it relates to our work.
- You agree to keep your GP or primary healthcare team informed of any significant lifestyle changes you make.
- You keep full autonomy and responsibility for your choices, wellbeing, business outcomes and personal safety.
Emergency & crisis support
WildKind coaching and communications aren't monitored 24/7 and are not an emergency or crisis service. If you're experiencing an acute physical or mental health emergency, please contact:
- Emergency services: call 999 (UK) or go to your nearest A&E.
- NHS urgent advice: call 111.
- Samaritans (free, 24/7 listening service): call 116 123.
- Shout Crisis Text Line: text SHOUT to 85258.
