Your privacy matters. This policy explains, plainly, what information WildKind collects, why, how it's kept safe, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

WildKind Collective is run by Bronwyn Lear, a sole trader trading as WildKind Wellbeing, based in Trevarrian, Cornwall (TR8). Bronwyn is the data controller responsible for your personal information. A full postal address is available on request.

What we collect and why

General enquiries, discovery calls & contact messages

What is collected: Name, email address, and any context you share about your health and wellbeing, work, ambitions, or questions.

Why: To respond to your enquiry and provide coaching services.

Coaching clients

What is collected: Contact details, session notes, and information you choose to share about your health, wellbeing, work and life.

Why: To deliver your coaching, keep appropriate professional records and meet insurance and UKIHCA professional standards. Health and wellbeing information is special category data; we hold it on the basis of your explicit consent and only for your coaching.

Co-work, Coach & Connect and Collective sign-ups

What is collected: Name, email address and the details you include in your registration.

Why: To manage your place or interest and keep you updated about sessions and events you've asked to hear about.

Who we share it with

We never sell or pass on your data. We use a small number of trusted tools to run sessions and bookings — Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Miro, Calendly, TidyCal and our website host. Each processes data only to provide its service.

The only exception: if there is a serious safeguarding concern, such as a risk of harm to you or someone else, we may share relevant information with your GP or another healthcare professional. Wherever possible, we'll talk to you first.

How long we keep it

Coaching client records are kept for 8 years, for tax, insurance and UKIHCA professional standards. General enquiries are deleted after 12–24 months. After that, information is securely deleted.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies needed for it to work. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how it's used, and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@wildkindcollective.co.uk.

If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
